PERSONAL TRAINING (1-ON-1) 

This is the most individualized coaching we offer.

Personal training is for someone who wants full guidance, privacy, and a plan built specifically around their body, injuries, schedule, and goals.

Every session is coached the entire time — you are never left alone wondering what to do next.

We help with:
• Weight loss
• Getting stronger
• Starting after years away from exercise
• Joint pain or movement limitations
• Learning correct technique
• Building consistency

You will receive:
• A personalized training plan
• Step-by-step coaching
• Exercise modifications when needed
• Accountability and progress tracking

This is perfect if you feel nervous about starting or want the most support possible.

You don’t need experience.
You just need to show up.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

This is our most popular option.

Small group training gives you personal coaching with the motivation of a group — without the chaos of a large class.

Sessions are limited to 4 people.


That means you still get individual attention, exercise modifications, and coaching on form while training alongside others on a similar journey.

You are not doing random workouts.
Each person follows a structured program designed to help you safely build strength and endurance.

Everyone works at their own level. Beginners train next to beginners. No one is expected to “keep up.”
